Speak at City Hearings
Whistlestop's project must go through a lengthy EIR process with the City of San Rafael. There will be hearings before various city bodies, like the Design Review Board, the Planning Commission, and eventually the City Council. San Rafael Heritage will be notified of the date and location of these meetings. Where appropriate, San Rafael Heritage will ask its supporters to speak out during the public comment portion of these meetings. Our comments will have to be relevant to the EIR issue being considered. We will try to provide guidance.
